Roullete

roulleteRoulette has got to be one of the oldest and the most popular casino games in Europe. However, Roulette is much more popular in Europe as compared to other non-North American gambling destinations. The reason for this is because the game is not the same in both countries with its single zero roulette wheel. The wheel is also often referred to as the European wheel and is used more often in places outside of North America, which offers a more attractive house edge.

The game of Roulette is simple. You’ve got the wheel with either 37 or 38 stops, a ball that can land in any of those stops, and more importantly your streak of luck on what is equal chances. Players make wagers by placing chips in designated areas around the Roulette table. After all bets are called, the ball is spun and eventually lands on a number which determines the winner. Wagers placed on the winning number are paid a multiple of the bet while the house collects all the other wagers.

However, there are 16 different types of bets that you can make in roulette. The bets and their corresponding payouts are as seen below. However, generally there are two types of Bets in Roulette which are referred to as the inside or outside bets. The inside bets are made by placing chips on the numbers 1 to 36 while those made outside this grid, say a bet on red, is then called an outside bet. The larges payoff odds however, 35:1, are those that are placed on a single number. Odds of 17:1 are for bets on two numbers, which can be made by laying a chip across any two numbers on the board. Four number bets are made by [placing chips at the crosses touching the grid on four locations and are worth 8:1. A player can also bet on an entire row having a return of 11:1. This can be done by placing one or more chips over the edge of the first number in the row. If this is done on two rows, the odds are 5:1. Outside bet options are betting red, black, even, odd, low, high or even some selected thirds of numbers. To enumerate some of these bets are below, in a hypothetical example:
