Craps
Craps has got to be by far the most exciting game in the casino because this is one game where the players are not afraid to show their emotions, it is very fast moving and even very loud. For these reasons, craps is also probably the most intimidating game especially to the new players in the field. Craps is previously known as crabs and is a casino dice game that is popular in the USA. In Craps, players wager money against the casino as to the outcome of one roll, or of a series of rolls of two dice.
The basics of the game revolve on how to make a pass-line bet, which will surely get you started. On a come-out roll, those who bet the pass line win when either a 7 or 11 is rolled. Otherwise, a 2, 3, or 12 loses, and this is what’s called "craps". When any other number like 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 is rolled, this is then called the point. Once a point has been set then the pass-line bettor wins if the point is rolled again. However, the bet and loses if a 7 is rolled first which is called "seven-out".
To get further on playing with craps, you also need to understand some of the more basic bets. There are about 40 different bets that can be made on a craps layout and some are stated below:
